President and Chief Executive Officer, Georges Ata

Mr. Ata brings extensive corporate development, sales, engineering and operational experience to Intelcan that spans almost two decades. Prior to joining Intelcan, Mr. Ata was Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Adacel and was responsible for the delivery of all Canadian Communications, Navigation, Surveillance (CNS), Air Traffic Management (ATM) and Air Traffic Control (ATC) simulation programs such as ATOP, ERAM, NAV Portugal upgrades and programs for military and civilian customers in the U.S. and Internationally. In addition, Mr. Ata held senior management positions at Eicon Networks as Director of the ISDN Business unit and in other companies such as Zeroknowledge and Rational Software.

In 2006, Mr. Ata received the award "Prix Reléve d'Excellence" in the category Small-Medium Size Businesses from from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) de Montreal - one of Canada's leading business schools - for his career accomplishments to date and his role as Adacel's VP of Operations and Engineering. Georges Ata has a Master of Business Administration, specializing in Finance and Executive Management from HEC Montreal, and a BS degree in software engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal. In 2010, Mr. Ata was recognized as one of Ottawa’s Top 40 under 40 by the Ottawa Business Journal.
Chairman, Mark Whittall

Mr. Whittall joined Intelcan in 1987, and assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer in 1998. Presently he continues to play an active role as Chairman of Intelcan's Board of Directors and as a member of the company's Executive Committee. He began his career as a systems engineer responsible for the design of air traffic control and telecommunications networks. Mr. Whittall has significant expertise in structured finance and, in addition to his engineering degree from Queen's University, holds Masters Degrees in both Physics and Economics from Oxford University. He is currently Professor of Science and Mathematics at Augustine College in Ottawa.

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Zvi Glanz

As Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, Mr. Glanz oversees the company's Operations activities. He started his career in 1975 as an electrical engineer responsible for the design and implementation of Air Traffic Control systems, and joined Intelcan in 1988. His thorough knowledge of international aviation technology and standards is often used to assist Intelcan's clients to formulate their Communications, Navigation, Surveillance (CNS), and Air Traffic Management (ATM), requirements.

Mr. Glanz who speaks four languages fluently, has spent an extensive amount of time in implementation of projects around the world and currently plays a key role in the development of Intelcan's CNS/ATM solutions. Mr. Glanz is a Professional Engineer, and received his Bachelor and Master degrees in Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Ottawa.

Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Paulina Yee

Ms. Yee brings more than 20 years experience in the private and public accounting to Intelcan including senior financial roles. Prior to joining Intelcan, Ms. Yee was the Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary at Symbium Corp, a developer and supplier of advanced Information Technology management products that automate and secure server operations. Previously, she was the Director of Finance and Administration at Ceyba Corp. and was a member of the founding team at Dragonwave where she also assumed the position as the Director of Finance and Administration. Ms. Yee is a Chartered Accountant and received her Honours Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.

Vice President of Sales and Marketing, John Dalrymple

As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Dalrymple manages Intelcan's international Sales and Marketing team. Mr. Dalrymple has developed over 23 years of industry experience, from various management positions held at Thomson-CSF (Thales) and SELEX, while forming a track record of success in the U.S., France and Australia. Mr. Dalrymple graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
