aviation. Georges Ata, Chief Executive Officer
Paulina
Yee, Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer  Ms.
Yee brings more than 17 years experience in the private and public
accounting to Intelcan including Senior Financial roles.
Prior to joining Intelcan, Ms. Yee was the VP Finance, Treasurer and
Corporate Secretary at Symbium Corp, a developer and supplier of advanced
Information Technology management products that automate and secure
server operations. Previously, she was the Director of Finance and
Administration at Ceyba Corp. and was a member of the founding team
at Dragonwave where she also assumed the position as the Director
of Finance and Administration. Ms. Yee is a Chartered Accountant and
received her Honours Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of
Waterloo.
John Dalrymple, Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Mr.
Whittall joined Intelcan in 1987, and assumed the position of CEO
in 1998. Presently he continues to play an active role as Chairman
of Intelcan's Board of Directors and as a member of the company's
Executive Committee. He started his career as a systems engineer
responsible for the design of air traffic control and telecommunications
networks. Mr. Whittall has significant expertise in structured finance
and, in addition to his engineering degree from Queen's University,
holds Masters Degrees in both Physics and Economics from Oxford
University. He is currently Professor of Science and Mathematics
at Augustine College in Ottawa.
Mr.
Ata brings extensive corporate development, sales, engineering and
operational experience that spans almost two decades. Prior to joining
Intelcan, Mr. Ata was Vice President of Engineering and Operations,
responsible for the delivery of all CNS/ATM and ATC Simulation programs
such as ATOP, ERAM, NAV Portugal upgrades and programs for military
and civilian customers in the US and Internationally. In addition,
Mr. Ata held senior management positions at Eicon Networks as Director
of the ISDN Business unit and in other companies such as Zeroknowledge
and Rational Software. In 2006, Mr. Ata received the award "Prix
Reléve d'Excellence" in the category Small-Medium Size
Businesses from HEC of Montreal - one of Canada's leading business
schools - for his career accomplishments to date and his role as
Adacel's VP of Operations and Engineering. Georges Ata has a Master
of Business Administration, specializing in Finance and Executive
Management from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) de Montreal,
and a BS degree in software engineering from Ecole Polytechnique
de Montreal.
Mr.
Weissberger has been a key member of Intelcan's executive team since
1977. He is a telecommunications engineer with extensive experience
in Air Traffic Management, voice and data networks and airport infrastructure.
His thorough knowledge of international aviation organizations and
standards is often used to assist Intelcan's clients plan their
air traffic management strategy. Mr. Weissberger holds a Bachelor
of Engineering Degree from McGill University and is a seasoned international
businessman who speaks 6 languages fluently. 
As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Dalyrmple manages Intelcan's international team. Gradudating from the University of Houston with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Marketing, Mr. Dalrymple has developed over 23 years of industry experience, from various management positions held at Selex and Thomson-SCF (Thales) while forming a track record of success in the US, France and Australia.
